Returns and Exchanges

Customers are eligible for return of contact lenses within 14 calendar days of purchase by satisfying the packaging condition below. The final amount to be refunded will be after deduction of delivery charges if it is paid by Clearlab.

All returns and exchanges must be in complete packaging and in original saleable condition.

Returns and exchanges must be same as order description, and accompanied with receipt issued by Clearlab SG Pte Ltd.

Any amount to be refunded will be based on the purchase price of unopened boxes with good packaging condition stated above. Any free of charge lenses given with the purchase will be deducted accordingly.

Customers will be entitled to 1 time exchange or 1 time return or 1 time refund per order within 6 months of purchase. There will be strictly no exchange, return or refund after 6 months from purchase date.

 

Others

Reports of lens issues need to be with return of defective lenses for investigation by QA Dept. Photographs taken on quality issue lenses are unacceptable for returns or exchanges.

Order request “Pick up from store” needs to be picked up within 60 days from the notification date informed by Clearlab. The order will be considered as fulfilled, and no refund is allowed after 60 days from notification date.  

Customers will be entitled to 1 time exchange or 1 time return or 1 time refund per order within 6 months of purchase.

Return of lenses can be done by bringing or shipping the products to the store address stated below. The shipping arrangement and delivery cost will be handled and paid by customers. The store opening hours will be: 11am-8.30pm daily (except Public Holiday):
