Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Clearlab lenses, but we understand it doesn’t always work out. We’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided they meet the packaging conditions below.

If Clearlab covered your delivery fees, these will be deducted from the final refunded amount.

To be eligible, all returns and exchanges must: Be in complete unopened original packaging and in new condition. Match the exact order details and be accompanied by the receipt issued by Clearlab SG Pte Ltd. Include only unopened boxes in good condition for refunds. Any complimentary lenses received with the purchase will be deducted accordingly.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to process any exchanges, returns, or refunds after 14 days from the purchase date.

For lens quality concerns, we kindly ask that defective lenses be returned to us for investigation by our Quality Assurance team. Photographs alone cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.

For orders marked "Pick up from store," please collect your items within 60 days of notification. After this period, the order will be considered fulfilled, and refunds will no longer be possible.

To return lenses, you may bring or ship them to our store at the address listed below. Shipping arrangements and costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
